Miguel A. Serrano has been a practicing attorney for over 17 years.  His experience includes conducting over 100 trials as a criminal prosecutor.  As a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Attorney Serrano practiced in the field of complex commercial litigation.  

Attorney Serrano also served as Counsel to officials at the United States Department of State and as Counsel to the Chairman of the United States Merit Systems Protection Board.  

In 1992, Miguel A. Serrano received a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1986.
