Miguel A. Serrano has been a practicing attorney for nearly 20 years. His
prior experience includes serving as a trial attorney with the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in th Commercial Litigation Branch, practicing in the field of complex commercial litigation and
government contracts. Attorney Serrano began his career as a criminal
