prior experience includes serving as a trial attorney with the Civil Division of
the United States Department of Justice in the Commercial Litigation
Branch, practicing in the field of complex commercial litigation and
government contracts. Attorney Serrano began his career as a criminal
prosecutor and conducted over 100 trials.
He also served as Counsel to officials at the United States Department of State and as Counsel to the Chairman of the United States Merit Systems Protection Board.
In 1992, Miguel A. Serrano received a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1986.
